Ms. Pragati R. Shelake is one of the founding members of the Sahyadri Real Estate Advisory and serves as a Managing Partner in the company. A dynamic professional with an experience of 5 plus years in the Real Estate Industry, She consistently exceeds target goals, having experience of over 8 years in Sales, Marketing, and Client Relationship Management. Additionally, she has a solid educational background and a passion for growing revenue for her organization by building loyalty and fostering relationships. Having earned her Masters's Degree in Commerce, Ms. Pragati has extensive experience. She completed her post-graduate studies at the University of Pune, Pune. She is currently focusing on expanding the boundaries of the  Sahyadri Real Estate Advisory to the other cities and states of the country.

Mr.Rakesh Vilas Tambe is also a co-founder of Sahyadri Real Estate Advisory and has been in real estate for over a decade. His journey is pretty inspiring for the youth who have dreamt of achieving something extraordinary in their life, from starting as an office boy in a broker's office, doing many other small jobs in marketing to setting up his own start-up company in the most sought after location of Mumbai, he has come a long way. He has always focused on attaining market expertise and leadership skills during this journey. Apart from being a hard-working professional and having a visionary approach, his will to succeed has never been restricted to his role at work but is reflected in his attitude towards life. His leadership and insight have further strengthened the company in various ways. He firmly believes that an organization must be client-focused to be a leader. Being an authentic leader, Mr.Tambe aims to provide a working environment that motivates, supports, and understands the needs of each of his employees' personal and professional growth.
